Under hand tactics used to sign you into an auto renewing advertising contract, with their trading name of Medical... Communication services. adverts were not displayed in a prominent location as promised we’ve been to the site multiple times and can not find the advert we have paid £2000 for now they are trying to force us into another years feature for £1800. Seems we are not the only ones effected by this.When we received the renewal invoice 1 month before the contract end we were told we had to cancel our agreement 3 months before its end even though we were mislead into believing it was a 12 month contract.This will now be taken up with the NHS as a major complaint as I’m sure this is not what the trust stand for!Avoid this company by all costs they will scam you out of thousands with not a care in the world!read more

If your are looking for a company to collect your debts these are the most weakest #DEBT collection company... around.They have let me down massively i asked for an Army of the best Ballifs available for a 2k debt ectI have made full contact with Crsiten DeX via Emails (Katie blocked) and via phone calls and was never updated on my case.I explained that I have a lot of personal issues and I have had every single balliff company from Lantern to Lovell litrely give up trying to get a few coins from me.I fully believed i wanted the best Ballifs around and wanted the best collection team available even if I had to get people out of retirement myslef and Katie you let me down.I created job adverts and i worked hard to find you the very best BallifsEven though this debt ⁴was for Football stadium advertising that I was miss sold with lies I still kept to my word and lets do this together and let me score a Hattrick I needed like RonaldosYou gave me nothing not even a balliff on his first day who had a point to prove.I feel this company let me down and there is better debt collection agency's around.RegardsTobyread more

Company called Patient Services operate with underhand tactics of auto renewing my contract with no farnal warning of... the renewal.When wishing to raise a complaint, they pass me to the "renewals" team which is this debt management company Cristen Dex?Make it make sense?They send multiple chasers yet my invoice hasn't reached its due date.Very unprofessional and looks like the company operate as an extension of Patient Sevices who seemed to have entrapped many others.Please avoid this unethical company.read more

We are very lucky that most of our clients pay their invoices on time with no disputes. However, every now and then we... get the odd one that does not wish to pay. We have found Cristen-Dex to be both reliable and quick when it comes to collecting our debts. If we ever have any questions, they are always happy to help and quick with their response. We have been finding it particularly hard to receive payment for advertising since Covid-19. We asked Cristen-Dex for... help and they provided their service quickly and efficiently. I was dubious in regards to the no win no fee, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no up front costs and no hidden fees.read more
